We recommend making complaints known to us first by emailing or by contacting us through our contact page. We will make every effort to reach a solution together with the customer. Of course, it is also always possible to give us comments and compliments.

If this does not lead to a solution, it is always possible to submit your dispute for mediation through Stichting WebwinkelKeur via As of Feb. 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to file complaints through the European Commission’s ODR platform.
